At Gimme Tees, we stand behind every funky golf shirt we send out. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.
Change of Mind?
You are welcome to return your Gimme Tees items, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition and packaging.
If customers would like to return or swap non-defective items, they need to be returned within 21 days, and both the return and potential delivery of new items will be at the customer's expense. Please note we do not refund shipping costs.

Email us at info@gimmetees.co.nz with your order number and the reason for return.

We’ll reply with return instructions (and a label if eligible).

Pack it up, drop it off, and once we receive it, we’ll take care of the rest.
Received Something Faulty or Incorrect?
Defective items will be swapped or refunded at Gimme Tees' expense. We comply with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (NZ). If your item is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a replacement or refund.

Let us know within 21 days of receiving the item.

Email us at info@gimmetees.co.nz with your order number and a photo of the issue.

Once confirmed, we’ll provide a prepaid return label and offer you your choice of a full refund or replacement (if stock is available).
Refunds

Refunds (where eligible) will be processed back to your original payment method.

Allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless your item is faulty or incorrect.
