We do our best to make sure your order arrives quickly, safely, and without any surprises. Below is everything you need to know about how we handle shipping and delivery.
Shipping Within New Zealand
We’re proud to be a local NZ business , and we ship nationwide using trusted couriers.
Metro rate: $9.00 NZD
Rural rate: $11.00 NZD
FREE shipping on orders $150 or over
Dispatch: We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 business days
Delivery time: 1-4 business days from dispatch (rural areas may take a little longer)
Delays caused by third parties (e.g. couriers) are out of our control, but we’ll do our best to help if there’s an issue.
Please note that your order is a 'no signature required' delivery, your Courier Post driver will leave your parcel within your premises.
How do I track my parcel?
All orders are tracked - we’ll email you the tracking link once your order has left the building.
International Shipping
We’re not quite swinging on the global course just yet!

Public Holidays
There may be delays in shipping over public holidays. For any orders placed over that time period, they will be dispatched as soon as possible. Please expect some delays with delivery times due to high demand over this period.
