This website is operated by Gimme Tees, a New Zealand-owned company. When we say “we”, “us” or “our”, we’re talking about Gimme Tees.

Prices & Payment

All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST (15%).
Any charges for shipping will be clearly stated before you confirm your order.
Full payment is required at checkout via our secure payment gateway.
Prices and availability may change without notice, but we’ll do our best to keep things current.
We may tweak, change, or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) at any time, without notice.
We’ll always aim to keep things running smoothly, but we’re not liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service, except to the extent required by applicable law.

Product Information

We do our best to provide descriptions, measurements, photos, and sizing details of our products as accurately as possible. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. Please note that due to the nature of fabric and manufacturing, slight variations in size, fit, and colour may occur between items. Please check the size guide and feel free to get in touch if you're unsure about anything before ordering.

All garments include care labels, and following these will keep your gear looking its best.

All orders are subject to availability. We work hard to keep our stock information accurate, but if something you’ve ordered turns out to be unavailable or incorrectly listed, we’ll let you know as soon as possible and offer an alternative or a full refund. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products we offer. Product descriptions, pricing, and availability may change at any time without notice. We also reserve the right to discontinue products without prior warning, and any product offers made on this site are void where prohibited.

We do not guarantee that the quality of any products, Services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the service will be corrected beyond those required under New Zealand law, including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. All orders are subject to our acceptance, and we reserve the right to cancel or limit any order for any reason, including in cases of stock shortages or suspected misuse (e.g. bulk buying for resale). We may also place limits on purchases to keep things fair for everyone.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship throughout New Zealand. Delivery times and options can be found on our Shipping & Delivery page. We do our best to get your gear to you fast, but occasionally delays happen outside our control.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to images, logos, text, and designs, is the property of Gimme Tees or our licensors. You may use our content for personal use (such as sharing on social media with attribution) but not for any commercial purpose without our written permission. You may not download, modify, transmit or otherwise use any material (information or images) from the website for public or commercial purposes. That includes our original photography featuring our team, friends, and family. Please don’t use it without our permission. We’re flattered you like our style, but no copying, please!

Governing Law

These Terms of Service, as well as any other separate agreements regarding the sale of the Products, are governed by and construed in accordance with New Zealand law. The courts of New Zealand will have exclusive jurisdiction to hear any disputes relating to these Terms.

Dispute Resolution

If something’s not quite right, reach out to us first and we’ll do our best to make it right. If we can’t resolve it informally, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good faith negotiation, and if needed, mediation before taking legal action.
